Nude yoga fueled Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries breakup?

According to ABC News last week, one of the many things that have helped fuel the blowup of the couple's short-lived marriage was a Nude Yoga class, which was attended by Kim Kardashan under a "nude male instructor!"

The former New Jersey Nets player and the reality TV star were shown bickering frequently during Sunday's premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take New York on E! network, notes the ABC's Andrea Canning.

But what really seems to have sent Humphries packing is walking in on Kim, Kourtney and friends practicing hot nude yoga in the couple's hotel suite with a naked male instructor. Kris exclaims "that's disgusting" and storms off. E! blurred out the instructor's private parts.

When Kim berates Kris for treating the instructor and her friends disrespectfully, he yells: "How rude is it that there's a naked guy in my house when I walk home?" She counters: "You are so immature, I can't take it."

Many people believed that the yoga session could have been as phony and staged made for the media, including the marriage which seems to be part of a plot, but of course, this is the "reality" TV. However, later on, Kris tells his bride he's leaving her in the Big Apple and moving back home to Minnesota to train for the upcoming NBA season.

Kim questions their future together. "We're gonna live separate? Like a long-distance marriage?" she asks.

The rest of the series promises to unveil future details of the unraveling of their doomed marriage. TV viewers already know how things ended in real life: Kim Kardashian filed for divorce after 72 days. With a tentative deal in place to end the NBA lockout, Humphries will be a free agent again this season.

Kris Humphries to File for Separation instead of Divorce

According to the PEOPLE website, Kris Humpries plans to answer Kim Kardashian's divorce filing by seeking a legal separation.

The NBA player likely will file the court papers within days, according to PEOPLE's sources.

Rather than pursue a divorce as Kardashian has, the NBA player's ultimate intent is to annul the marriage, clearing the record of ever being married to the reality star.

Apparently, this would be a change of heart for Humphries.

Shortly after Kardashian traveled to Minnesota and met with Humphries and the pastor who married them, sources close to Humphries insisted he intended to try and move on and sign the divorce papers.

Just 72 days after a lavish wedding, Kardashian, 31, filed for divorce from Humphries, 26, on Oct. 31, citing irreconcilable differences.

The troubles flared almost immediately and were on display in the season premiere of Kourtney & Kim Take Manhattan.
